We require a kitchen porter and bar-back to work Friday and Saturdays with us in our busy late night bar, The Big Red, in Holloway.
Duties would include:
Washing up in the kitchen.
Cleaning.
Basic Cooking when required by Chef.
Collecting glasses from the floor of the bar.
Glass washing.
Assisting the members of the bar team eg. Stocking the bar when required.
We are open from 3pm until 4am on the weekends and your shifts would be within these hours.
