This is a lovely job for a housekeeper to work in Highgate for a professional couple at the weekends - and you must be a dog lover!
The role would be to work on Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 7pm, with breaks during the day. You will need to stay in the house on Saturday evening - a very nice room and private bathroom will be available. If you would like to arrive on Friday evening and stay until Monday morning that is also possible. There is a weekday housekeeper and you would be taking over from her,
The job will include cleaning and making sure the house is well presented at all times, weekend laundry and ironing, and occasional simple cooking for the principals. They have a lovely medium sized dog which is a loved member of the family. There is a dog walker that comes in to take the dog some weekends - you will need to take the dog out for a walk and feed him on the weekends when the dog walker is not available so someone who has experience with dogs and genuinely is fond of them is essential.
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper in a high level home for at least 3 years with suitable references. You must speak excellent English, have experience in looking after and like dogs, and be able to organise your own day.
This job requires you to live in on Saturday evening only - you will go to your own home for the other days of the week (although you can stay on Friday night and/or Sunday night if you would like to). There is a separate lovely bedroom with your own private bathroom (and kettle, fridge etc.)-this will be your room and no one else will use it even when you are not there. The salary will be in the region of £300 net per weekend - your tax and national insurance will be paid for you in addition to your net salary.
