We are looking for a reliable and organised chef to join the current kitchen team (assistant chef and kitchen porter) for regular weekend shifts.
experience working in a busy kitchen is essential and up to junior sous chef level is required. experience working as a breakfast or brunch chef would also be an advantage. Food safety and hygiene level 2 required.
The hours would be 7am to 4.30pm Saturday and 8am to 3.30pm Sunday.​
Very competitive salary (up to £15 per hour, plus share of tips) with 28 days (pro-rata) holiday, pension, meals, drinks and paid overtime.
