We are looking for an experienced call center handler available to work weekends. A good understanding and proven experience in the field is vital.
Your role will include managing inbound and outbound calls to collect and book services for private and public organizations. Your job will also include coordinating with third parties and dispatching technicians based on various factors.
Strong people skills and logistical skills are a virtue and the ability to work under pressure is essential. You will need to be confident with communicating with customers and staying assertive when booking jobs.
