Weekend Breakfast CHEF:
We are looking for an experienced Breakfast chef to cook and held put a spark into our new Breakfast Menu for our in-house cafe at The London Museum of Water and Steam.
We would like to create a different, fresh menu, rather than the usual Full English, to include Eggs Benedict etc.
Following Breakfast, serving lunch.
Must be enthusiastic with 5 years experience
Duties include:

- Write exciting new menus
-Prep lists and time targets
-Stock control
-Food Safety control
-Quality control
Hours are from 9-4
Working all weekends.
The menu will be wholesome honest cooking. Everything is made from scratch on site.
This role would be perfect for someone who is looking for a new challenge and has experience in running a kitchen. We are looking for someone friendly and organised and happy to Muck in with everything including dealing with customers

You must speak fluent English and have the right to work in the UK.
Interviews Immediately. Must be able to start work as soon as possible
