We are a beauty provider app and looking for someone who can help with our customer service during most weekday evenings (6pm - 11pm) and weekends (8am - 11pm).
Please see tasks below:
- Be the main point of contact for clients and beauticians, via email, text and phone.
- Check our systems to ensure all client queries are answered at all times
- Ensure beauticians can do the bookings by checking everything has been confirmed.
- Fulfill bookings, i.e. Finding beauticians and confirming offline bookings
- Updating spreadsheets and a few other admin tasks.
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, passion for beauty, and customer support experience. You also need to be able to deal with many bookings and queries at the same time as it can be very busy.
You can do the job from home however you have to be London based, or willing to travel to our office in Chelsea (West London) from time to time for training etc.
