We are looking for a kind, warm and friendly person to work as a LIVE IN nanny/housekeeper for a very busy, warm and friendly family EVERY WEEKEND. They will need you to start at 12 pm on a FRIDAY and work all weekend until SUNDAY at 9 pm (sometimes finishing earlier).
Salary will be negotiable - £350-£400 net per week depending on your experience and hours/days of work.
The family have FOUR CHILDREN - a baby of 6 months old, a 4.5 year old, 6 year old and an 8 year old. They also have a DOG and will require you to help with dog walking and love dogs.
You will need to be a self-starter and confident to look after all ages of children although you will not be alone or given sole charge of all four children at once. This is a shared care role and you must be happy to be part of the family and work alongside the parents and be part of a team.
Most weekends the family want you to go with them to their holiday home in the countryside and they will pay for all your travel to and from London. You will be required to work every weekend so this job is suited to someone who is not working too many extra hours during the week as you need to have energy for the weekend!
The right person should have previous experience working with babies from age 6 months, toddlers and school age children and someone fun and energetic but also kind and nurturing who can cope in a busy and happy family home.
The family have a full time live in housekeeper however they would expect you to help with keeping their home clean and tidy at the weekends and all child related duties and be passionate about cooking fresh and healthy meals.
All applicants must currently be in the UK to meet for face to face interviews. And have checkable references and current experience as a nanny or mothers help is essential.
A good level of English is required and you must be able to legally work in the UK.
