We are disrupting our industry and are now more Telesales and Call Centre team members for our busy contact centre based in Wembley.
We are a sameday cake specialist and have revolutionised how to make and deliver bespoke cakes. We really do create hundreds of smiles each and every day and change the lives of so many. Our customers can order till 9pm for sameday cake delivery. We have over 500 varieties and each and every cake is handmade, personalised and delivered. No one else makes cakes with our quality, service, value, availability or price points. We are by far the industry leader!
We now have a team of nearly 50 and produce thousands of cakes and pastries each and every month. Each order is managed start to finish in-house by our dedicated teams. We do not outsource anything, from our team of Celebration Advisers, Bakers, Decorators, Cake Artists to our Delivery Drivers it is an end to end solution in house. If you can dream of it we can make it. We even recently have had a contestant masterchef judge taste and give us a five star review of our cakes. We really do offer the very best.
Your duties will be develop our Wedding Cake arm to our business. This is to initiate contact and further develop relations with existing Wedding Venues and as well as develop new relations. This will be from the initial call to the actual going out visiting clients etc. You will be responsible for delivering Wedding Consultations in our newly appoint Wedding suite offering couples the magical once in a life experience from the glass of bubbly to cake tasting to the design of their unique masterpiece cakes. You really will be the end to end go to person for our Wedding Cakes.
You will be fully supported by all of our teams from decorators, to sales support staff to our managers.
We are seeking a motivated, driven and target person who is keen to progress and further themselves and their career. With our business growing at a fast pace there will be plenty of opportunities for personal growth and advancements. It is key that you already have experience to Wedding and or Events industry.
We are a family run business and your role will be reporting directly to the owners and founders. Our team is extremely down to earth and easy going. We really are seeking someone who can help with our vision to create tens of thousands of smiles each and everyday.
We operate 7 days a week, 364 days a year 8am til 10pm. You will be required to work evenings and weekend as this is often when our clients are available for Wedding Consultations.
