We are growing... And we need a Web and Graphic Design Intern! To drive our growth, we are looking for a high-energy, self-directed, deadline-oriented individual who has exceptional creative skills and is able to maintain the Grow3 brand’s standards. Grow3 is a recognised global leader in strategic marketing and business development.
If you are selected, you will be involved in a wide range of exciting, innovative projects where you will be able to demonstrate your creative flair and excellent design skills. You will be involved in designing numerous brand collaterals and marketing materials (content for social media and email campaigns, documents and brochures, presentations and proposals for clients). During your internship you will have the opportunity to develop your creative and practical skills.
Your Role will include:
- Designing emails and web content
- Designing documents and presentations
- Types of things to be designed will be - assets for emails, documents, presentations, web pages, social media posts, manuals, pitch documents, power-point templates and presentations, info-graphics
Your Internship:
Our internships are for a minimum of three months. Please note that this is an unpaid internship.
We provide regular feedback to our interns to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met, so that they can make the most of their internship, learn and develop valuable skills.
The ideal candidate for this role should have:
- Degree or professional qualification in Art with some experience will be preferred
- Strong digital and graphic design skills
- Confidence with Adobe Suite programs: PhotoShop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Ability to create mock-ups
- A good understanding of design for web
- Confidence with web design tools: HTML, CSS, Wordpress and Responsive layouts
- Understanding of E-mail design
- Ability to work responsibly and independently with an eye for detail
- Any other skills like photography and UI Design are a bonus.
