Web and Digital Assistant Vacancy

An exciting opportunity to join an expanding digital team in a fast growing, fun company that also happens to be a great place to work.
My Family Care is seeking a Web and Digital Assistant to help support our rapidly growing business. You'll report to the Head of Digital, and you will work closely with our programming, design, operations, and marketing teams.
As you will be helping out on lots of different day-to-day and larger online projects, a 'can do' attitude and excellent time management are a must. We value a continuous improvement approach to both new and existing projects.
We're looking for an individual with a passion for web technology, software development, user experience, and digital marketing. If you have experience or ideas for keeping digital platforms fresh and creative, that's a bonus.
Desired skills and experience
- Professional experience within a web/digital environment
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a "can do" attitude
- Attention to detail is key
- Defining, analysing and documenting requirements within a previous role (experience working with Jira / Confluence, or similar, is essential)
- A high level of verbal and written communication skills (with an appreciation of online writing, brand/house style, content structure and organisation)
- Knowledge of CMS / CRM system
- Proven Adobe PhotoShop and image/video manipulation
- Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point) a must
- Education to degree level (ideally in digital/web/marketing)
- An understanding of HTML and CSS and their application on responsive platforms would be beneficial, although not essential
- Understanding of Google Analytics (and SEO best practice)
