We are looking for enthusiastic and hospitable staff to join our FOH team at our brand new Mexican restaurant Santo Remedio in London Bridge.
We require people at all levels for both serving guests on the restaurant floor and also to work behind the bar serving wines, Beers and preparing cocktails.
experience with Mexican food and drinks would be appreciated, though not essential. A willingness to provide excellent hospitality and service, ensuring an exceptional guest experience is a must.

Duties include working efficiently and effectively with other members of the FOH team, ensuring guests needs are met, inventory checks, setting up the restaurant and bar area to the highest standards and ensuring customers leave feeling special.
We will be serving proper Mexican food - Delicious tacos, antojitos and small plates like Ox Tongue, Grilled Octopus, Aguachiles, Guisados as well as fantastic mezcal and Tequila cocktails, Mexican and British Beers as well as Mexican wines.
We will provide all necessary training in relation to food and ingredients and expect you to be able to share this knowledge with our diners.
We are looking for full time positions, though part time also available for the right candidates. The ability to work under pressure in a busy environment while maintaining a positive attitude towards colleagues and guests is a must.
