Front of house/ Bar person needed for daytime, weekday hours.
We launched Bleecker in summer 2012 as a food truck and have developed a cult following for our burgers ever since. There are shops in Spitalfields, Victoria and most recently in the Bloomberg building right in the heart of the City. We win awards, including Time Out’s best burger award in 2015, 2021 and 2022.
Our expansion and awards is down to our team and our goal to serve the best burgers in town every single time out. We buy the best beef, from small UK farms, 50 day dry aged and butchered by Nathan in Bermondsey. We hand-cut our fries from fresh potatoes, and we make our own ice cream. We have dedication and pride in what we do as well as creating a fun and professional environment to work in.
We are looking for an experienced FOH or bar person to join our Bloomberg team. You must be friendly, confident, and passionate about great food and craft beer.
The Ideal candidate:

At least a year’s experience as a bartender or server.
Loves interacting with customers
Will remain calm under pressure and have a sense of humour.
Be a warrior
Enjoy providing great service and bantering with customers.
