Job Title: Waxing Therapist
Reports to: The Boutique Manager
Location: One of our 6 central London boutiques- Chelsea, Islington, Notting Hill, One New Change (near St. Paul's Station), Soho, and Loughton.
Type: Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
Hours: 32 or 40 hours per week
Salary: £22,000 base- £30,000 PACKAGE inc commission and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Performing wax treatments - You will be responsible for delivering our unique waxing services.
Upselling to our clients- Treatments, courses, products and retail.
Growing the aesthetics business for Strip, working with our Regional Aesthetic Manager.
Housekeeping and restocking

Requirements:
Skills

NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding retail skills and a natural confidence to upsell to our clients.
Excellent organisation, presentation and housekeeping.
Can work effectively and economically
Diary and time management skills
Any aesthetic experience would be desirable.

Training: We put all staff through our training program so you learn the Strip technique. You will trained by both our internal training team as well as external gold standard medical grade laser trainers and skin specialists and will receive certificates for all courses completed.
