Having grown year on year and now with 7 high profile boutiques Strip is looking forward to further growth, therefore are recruiting for exceptional, highly professional therapists who are passionate about waxing or /and laser with a desire to progress within their career and develop their skills.
The role.
You will be responsible for delivering our unique waxing services and/or laser, along with our essential services such as brow shaping, tinting and Spray tanning. You will train alongside industry specialists, ensuring your skills and techniques will be put to the test in order for you to become one of our elite and prestigious hair removal experts.

Attention to detail is part of your DNA, you are a perfectionist who goes beyond clients expectations. You understand business and appreciate how important it is to work to a high standard, follow polices and procedures and be a team player. You maximize all that you do, upselling at every opportunity and being productive in every way. You look at your column as your own business - seeing white spaces in the diary gives you a chill. Your constant goal is to win repeat business through client retention, and ensure your clients leave with expert aftercare having rebooked with you. You will have a passion for atercare and realise this is just as important as the service you perform. You have a track record in retail sales and enjoy working to targets and be driven by the commissions that can be earnt. You have excellent housekeeping and organisational standards. You enjoy the challenges that work brings and have upbeat bubbly personality.
Requirements.
• NVQ Level 2/3 in Beauty Therapy - An absolute PASSION for waxing
• Proficient with Brazilian and Hollywood Hot waxing
• Exceptional customer care / service skills
• Outstanding retail skills and a natural confidence in interacting with all clients
• Excellent organisation, presentation and housekeeping
• Must have the ability to work on your own and use initiative
• Outgoing, enthusiastic/ friendly / approachable /Self-motivated
• Completely fluent in the English language ¬
• Must have a ‘can do’ attitude
• Excellent punctuality and previous sickness record from last employee
• Fully Flexible working ability (Strip can set work day patterns for you if this is desired)
