We are looking for a warm, efficient and energetic housekeeper/childminder to join our family! This long-term role will involve helping us in our busy home and with our two affectionate and well-behaved children (an 8 year old and a nearly 7 year old).
You will be:
1. Great with children – love them but not spoil them
2. Reliable and efficient – Be proactive, take responsibility and be entirely dependable
3. Friendly – able to connect with local nannies and other parents, arrange playdates etc
4. Experienced – Previous experience in running a family home or doing a similar role is essential
5. Flexible – there may be additional hours required occasionally and during the school holidays.
This role is from 1:00pm to 7:00pm from Monday to Wednesday at £11 per hour. Responsibilities include laundry, tidying, light housework until the kids need to be collected from school at 3:15pm.
If there is no meal for them left over from what we've cooked, you will need to cook for them (we are all lovers of food!). The kids have after school activities on some days that they need to be taken to and will need help with homework on other days.
We already have a cleaner, so you will only have to take care of rare, ad hoc cleaning.
