Warehouse Operatives / Order PickersAn airport freight company based in Feltham, currently have opportunities available for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join their busy team. Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers are required on a full time basis, working 40 hours per week, with flexible shifts available early and late.As a Warehouse Operative / Order Picker you will be responsible for the following:-Role / Responsibilities:
Working in a warehouse environment. Manual handling Breaking down shipments onto wooden pallets. Recording quantities accurately. Correctly picking orders for dispatch Follow Health and Safety Warehouse procedures Safely using Mechanical Handling Equipment. Loading and off-loading vehicles using counterbalance forklift (training given)Follow written and verbal instructions.
experience / Skills required:
Self-motivated, resourceful and committed. Good communication. Ability to work in a team environment Basic counting and adding. Writing collection and delivery notes. Counterbalance Forklift licence (preferable but not essential, training will be given)
