Team Support is looking for powder coating for our client based in Greenford.
Job purpose:
Electrostatic powder coating of our parts on a conveyor line according to specification.
Main duties:
Identifying, picking and returning of powder boxes correctly according to work schedule.
Set guns to spray powder to the correct thickenss.
Having the versatility to spray to a good standard a range of parts with awkward profiles using a manual spray gun.
Clean down of electrostatic spray guns and spray booths correctly for color changes.
Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are followed.
Maintain and comply with all quality systems especially on even temperature profiles and pre-treatment chemicals.
Follow the company standard operating procedure.
Person Specification:
Relevant powder coating experience
A "can do" attitude with high levels of tenacity and determination to fix problems.
Have a broad understanding and experience on powder coating systems.
A belief in a hands-on approach to drive broad issue resolution.
Organised self-starter, planning and prioritising as necessary.
Is an ongoing position on weekly Rota
