We are a well-established online retail company based in Wembley looking to recruit a part time with potential full time employee.
The job roll will consist of the following.

- Replying to customer service emails twice a day, on a daily basis.
- Dealing with refunds and returns.
- Updating the daily sales reports.
- Keeping up to date with our inventories by removing and adding stock to our online market places such as Amazon and eBay.
- Answering customer phone calls and assisting them.
- Picking and packing daily orders and arranging dispatch with Royal Mail etc.

Training will be provided although experience is required in certain fields i.e online retail, customer service, general knowledge in using Microsoft.
