This role is in The Flash Centre London Dispatch department, We are a Photographic company supplying professional studio lighting to the photographic industry.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to processing all orders and getting them ready for dispatch, involving some interaction via email and telephone.You will need to communicate directly with customers , suppliers and couriers to ensure the smooth running of dispatched goods. Looking after stock control and the tidiness of our warehouse + dispatch department.
You will be working with other staff on basic warehouse / web administration tasks including basic support in upkeep and ongoing improvements to the website, such as updating current stock levels.

Requirements
1 Years minimum experience of working in a warehouse and dispatch team or similar role.
Knowledge of using a stock control system , computer literate, knowledge of excel and good communication.
You will be working as part of a small young thinking team, reliability, honesty , a can do attitude and a sense of humour are important. Good communication and excellent customer service is essential, a knowledge of photographic equipment would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities:

Efficiently manage inward and outbound stock.
Work with our stock control system to maintain full current and correct data.

Collating orders
Packing and dispatch of orders
Working along side all departments at TFC to ensure customer service levels are met.
Be responsible for maintaining and improving housekeeping in the warehouse and also to maintain health and safety standards.
Work to improve operational efficiency in the department.
Organise and Maintain documentation
Effectively communicate with customers and offer a high level of customer service.
Support customers and work colleagues to resolve delivery issues.
Conduct stock checks thoroughly
Support the websalesteam
Additional tasks relating to your role with us as required.
