Job Description
This advert is especially looking for people to join our busy nightshift team, exciting but also physical its not for the faint-hearted, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously as well as part of a team. The nightshift is geared to preparing orders for the busy London restaurant scene, with some very important, exciting and demanding clients it can be a very rewarding role.
We are looking for people to join our exceptional warehouse team for a number of roles in Goods Out operative, Pickers, Packers, Goods In, Warehouse Operatives and Loaders. If you have an appetite to grow and develop, Natoora provides a great opportunity for you to achieve this, with 95% of our managers being promoted from within.
Hours of work are 8pm-6am and 5days/week on a rotation basis including weekends. The job requires primarily working in a refrigerated environment, at around +5 degrees Celsius, we will supply you with PPE, but you will be advised to always wear warm clothes when working in chilled areas. Hot drinks, toasts, as well as great fruit and vegetables will be available at break times.

Essential Skills

Ability to work under pressure, maintaining accuracy, and keeping deadlines in a time-constrained environment.

Ability to accurately pick and pack orders.

Desire to learn about client needs, products, and operational procedures.

Handling stock, both upon receiving and within our warehouse.

Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.

experience and Qualifications:

experience working at night in a warehouse environment – preferably in the food business.

Be able to communicate at a good standard of English, both written and verbal.

Recognize that attention to detail is critical.

Be reliable, professional, and efficient

Be able to work both as an individual and as part of a team.
