Required for a busy internet retailer with a processing warehouse approximately 15 minute walk from Hounslow West tube, or easily accessible by road. Mostly we are packaging light consumer goods, but we also process a significant amount of media products (books, music, and films). Our top export destinations include Australia, Canada, and USA.

The work will involve processing of incoming deliveries using scanning equipment, packing orders, our daily international mail dispatch process, and general warehouse duties. Our two adjacent warehouse units are compact however we benefit from significant external yard space and ample car parking. Our existing team size is 12 people.

The working environment is usually busy, with a standard day of 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, but applicants need to be able to do paid overtime until at least 6.00pm if required. From 1st April 2022 annual salary £21,216 (equivalent to £10.20 per hour) with the job being a permanent, ongoing requirement. (Rate of pay until end March is £9.75 per hour)

Overtime - when busy we start as early as 8am and finish at 6pm or soon after. All applicants must be flexible and able to do extra hours without any problems, also note applicants must be able to work at least two Saturdays per month. If we are not busy, then standard hours would apply and no weekends.
