The company is a very well established Importer and Distributor of Healthcare products based in NW London and we are now looking to strengthen our team with these two positions.
Job Specification – Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods
• Overseeing and managing a small team to ensure all orders are received and checked-in and that orders being dispatched are picked, packed and dispatched with 100% accuracy
• Organise and maintain warehouse area to predetermined specifications
• Communicate job expectations and coach team
• Communicate with internal departments to answer questions or solve problems
• Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilise reports to project warehouse status
Requirements
• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be able to read/write and communicate effectively in English
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
