Want to work in the beer industry? We're looking for our next recruit.
Our next Brew Crew apprentice will gain experience in Sales, Marketing and Brewing. We’ve recently just opened our own microbrewery in Herne Hill, South London, which we’ll be using as our innovation space and training ground for our apprentices. Over the course of the 18-month programme as well as gaining on the job experience in brewing, marketing and sales under the close watch of our mentors, you’ll also work towards a level 3 NVQ apprenticeship qualification. As we’re supported by Greene King, this unique opportunity gives you a chance to experience the beer industry from the side of a small microbrewery, as well as international company.
What you can expect to be doing at the Craft Academy
• Gaining hands on brewing experience in our microbrewery
• Assisting marketing campaigns
• Field based sales activities visiting current and potential customers
• Organising and attending events on behalf of the Craft Academy
• The chance to develop your own beer, all the way from conception, recipe development, and design
No experience necessary but a passion for beer is! We believe in paying the London living wage for all apprentices.
