Position Summary:
1) Full and Part time hours available; Waking Nights
2) Excellent rates of pay: £8.50 per hr
3) Providing personal and complex care for young children in their homes overnight
4) Flexible position with rolling Rota
5) Award-winning training provided to successful candidates
6) Clients located in Ilford and Romford
Active Assistance Group is a highly successful specialist care provider, supporting physically disabled and complex care clients to live independently in their own home.
Due to expansion, we are currently looking for passionate and reliable female Support Workers for children with complex care requirements located in the East London area (Ilford and Romford).
We need more team members to support these children; but not just any Care Workers. We are looking for Care Workers that love to support children with their personal and complex care routines within a home environment.
The ideal candidates will have a passion for working with children, and will be very reliable and flexible. They will also be confident, have excellent communication skills, and be able to provide our clients with support and encouragement. You will need to be able to fit in with a family lifestyle, respecting privacy when required.
Previous experience in a care setting is beneficial, but not essential because full training will be provided.
