Days and Hours: Wednesday and Thursday 10.00pm – 8.45am.

Seb is 8 years old. He lives with his mum and dad, younger brother, 5, and sister,
2. Seb has cerebral palsy. Seb is bright and opinionated, and although he is non-verbal he has a really strong desire to make his feeling known and communicate with those around him. Seb Is looking for a kind and sensitive waking night carer to join his established care team and provide 1:1 support during the night.
Seb requires assistance with repositioning, preparing puréed feeds for his gastrostomy and undertaking all of his personal care. He can experience discomfort in the night, finding it difficult to get back to sleep, meaning his day can start from 3.00am or 5.00am! Seb is observed via a monitor in the next room. This position also includes supporting Seb with his morning routine, getting ready for a busy day at school. Other duties will include tending to Seb’s laundry, preparing medications, stock checks and washing syringes.
