28West is looking for experienced front of house staff to join our team at a popular river venuet in Canary Wharf.
We’re looking for hard working and dedicated team players to work in both our busy bar and dining area. experience with cocktail making and table service are preferred, and team members must be committed to upholding the highest possible standards at all times. Successful candidates will have great interpersonal skills and have the ability to establish a good rapport with our guests, and have the confidence to deal with handling large group bookings.
With a river front terrace our venue can get very busy over the summer period, so we’re looking for fun and personable characters to join the team. Candidates will need to be approachable and determined to make every guest feel special.
experience with the Collins booking software is preferential, as candidates will need to be able to control bookings during busy periods. Must show the ability to keep organised and multi-task during busy times.
