What are the responsibilities of a FOH Team Member?
As a FOH Team Member you will be responsible for delivering service excellence to our customers at all times. You will demonstrate your knowledge of our products through making recommendations and by serving and presenting all our products perfectly. You will be responsible for adhering to licensing, food safety and health and safety legislation ensuring our pubs are safe for team and customers alike.
