We are recruiting for English/Italian Speaker who has a passion for customer service.
The Role:
We are on the lookout for people that are well presented, have an enthusiastic personality, genuine smile and proven experience within a food environment. If you have a genuine passion for food, people and standards this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times.
• Provide the highest possible standards of customer service ensuring guests are served in a polite, efficient, professional and friendly way.
• Take customer orders accurately and follow all steps of service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the manager on duty is aware of any problems or issues relating to customer service.
• Have a thorough knowledge of the menu and drinks list in order to answer customer queries and make recommendations.
• Ensure Iddu is maintained in a safe manner, free of hazards, and that Iddu Health and Safety Regulations are adhered to at all times.
• Demonstrate a pro-active approach to self-development.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
• Share and deliver an amazing food experience with our customers.
• To carry out any other duties as may be required by your duty manager.
• Help in any area of Iddu when circumstances dictate.
Knowledge, Skills, experience and Qualifications:
• Previous waiting experience in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work under high level of stress.
• Natural passion for seasonal food, wines and Italian cuisine.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Barista skills would be an advantage
