Restaurant supervisor requirements
• Supervisory, management, organisation experience in the hospitality sector, ability to lead and motivate a team of employees
• Ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous and efficient service whilst ensuring readiness and compliance among all staff
• Good knowledge of food, bar management, cellar management
• Ensuring restaurant premises, remain clean and in good working order
• Seeking appropriate opportunities to communicate with guests to personalise the restaurant service
• Carrying out opening and closing procedures as well as performing service duties in the restaurant.
• Awareness of Health Safety and Food Hygiene Standards
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United kingdom
• Be available to work full-time and be flexible to work late nights and weekends
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment
• Good Command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
