Ideally, the Waiter / Waitress will have experience working in mid to high-end restaurants with good knowledge on the hospitality market and food and drink industry. experience in a Japanese restaurant highly valued.
An outgoing personality is essential for this role and the Waiter or Waitress must have bags of charisma and a 'can-do’ attitude. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills are also very important.
