High Timber is a fine dining restaurant, operating Monday to Friday. We're known for our friendly service, fabulous steaks and wines and our large amount of regular diners. We boast two wine cellars, a cheese room and a beautiful river terrace overlooking the Thames, the Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe and the Millennium Bridge. All this adds to the special dining experience.

Previous waiting experience essential
Energetic, confident and committed about service and a natural passion for food and wine
Being able to work as part of our small team and run your own section
Hands on, 'can do' attitude
Fluent in written and spoken English, eligible to work in the UK.
