- have some experience working in a bar and restaurant
- have excellent customer service skills
- have a passion for the catering industry
- have a friendly attitude
- be a good communicator
- work well within a team as well as independently
- have the ability to remain calm under pressure
- be able to work 40 to 45 hours per week
- be able to work evenings and weekends
- live locally because of shift pattern
