We are currently looking for Part-time WAITER/WAITRESS and Kitchen Porter to join our team at Takahashi.
Takahashi, a fine dining Japanese restaurant in South Wimbledon is seeking motivated WAITER/WAITRESS and Kitchen Porter who are interested in Japanese cuisine.
The restaurant is situated in 1 minute walk from South Wimbledon tube station, 5 minute by a bus from Wimbledon station, 1 minute from the nearest bus stop.
It is vibrant and contemporary, a place to enjoy sake, wine and delicious Japanese food with Mediterranean twist designed by Taka, who was formally trained in Tokyo for 10 years and ex Nobu head sushi chef in London and Cape Town, in a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.

Takahashi is listed on Micheline Guide 2022 and 2021 and we have received “Exceptional” for food from Harden's survey result.
We currently open for lunch on Saturday and Sunday and for dinner from Wednesday to Sunday.
A love of great food, personality, enthusiasm, a commitment to making our guests smile, good communication skills, a real passion for great service, attention to details are essential.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential, ideally in a find dining environment.
