The newest branch is our biggest brother yet and in a new venture for us we are serving an evening dining menu consisting of small share plates and chargrilled meats / fish from the Josper. The venue effortlessly shifts from casual day time coffee bar, running our much loved brunch menu to buzzing evening bar and restaurant accompanied by live music.
The Role -
You will be responsible for looking after a restaurant section, taking orders, serving food and drinks, taking payments, knowing the menu, up-selling and always delivering great attentive service.
Our style of service is very ‘Aussie’ – this means we are very friendly with our customers and give everyone a warm welcome who enters our restaurant. You are the face of the shop and must reflect the company core values with your style of service.
We have a great incentives scheme. Full training is provided to those with a warm smile and passion for food, coffee and people.
About You - You will need to be an enthusiastic, hands on, upbeat and individual, who is passionate about serving fantastic food, proper ‘Aussie’ Coffee and top notch Booze.
Must have at least 2 years experience in the restaurant industry.
Promotion is available for those that show a willingness to learn and exceed targets.
Must speak fluent English and hold 1 + year UK working visa
