The GAZETTE Restaurant Group, South London is looking to recruit for the following positions:
• BREAKFAST SUPERVISOR
We are looking for someone who will be able to organise the opening and running of the restaurant in the morning, Lunch and in the afternoon. 8am to 5pm job, mostly Monday to Friday. Ideal candidate must be able to operate the bar (general drinks, coffees and juices), answer the phone and deal with deliveries checking.
• WAITER (Ress) / CHEF DE RANG
We are looking for passionate individuals, enthusiastic and experienced in high quality service who consider that there is a little bit more to being a waiter. Knowledge and interest in French cuisine is beneficial along with a real enthusiasm for genuine hospitality.
• RUNNERS
Commis runners (with the possibility of evolving to a position of Waiter). Beginners welcome.
An immaculate presentation is essential. A competitive salary package is offered to the right candidate along with full training on in-house procedures.
