We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic team member at our busy Bar and Bistro.
We are looking for someone who shares our passion for great food and wine, with exceptional customer service skills. This is a hands-on role within a dynamic and interesting business
Brigade is a social enterprise restaurant housed i in The Fire Station on Tooley Street, London, SE1.
We are open Monday to Friday, closed every weekend and bank holidays.
First, it is a British inspired Bistro serving delicious, seasonal and sustainable sourced dishes. Second it is a training kitchen which provides apprenticeships that help the homeless develop skills and motivation to find employment.
