Aqua Shard, located on level 31 of The Shard serving innovative contemporary British cuisine.
Hutong, situated on level 33 of The Shard, serves the fascinating and diverse cuisines of Northern China.
Aqua Kyoto epitomises the contemporary Japanese cuisine of Tokyo’s Ginza district and offers an experience that encompasses unique styles of sushi and sashimi together with a selection of innovative dishes from the spectacular sumibiyaki (charcoal) grill.
Aqua Nueva is a 2AA Rosette modern Spanish restaurant, aspiring for a third one, showcasing modern Spanish cooking with a big emphasis on product quality and presentation.
Both, Aqua Kyoto and Aqua Nueva offer spectacular roof terraces looking down over Regent Street providing stunning views across the capital and exciting cocktails are served in the adjacent bar, aqua spirit.

As a member of the aqua team your service skills will be second to none, ultimately creating the best customer service and dining experience possible.
You will be able to work well with the challenges presented by a fast paced, busy environment. A strong communicator with experience of working part of a team, maintaining high service standards and going the extra mile.
We are looking for front of house staff with commitment, drive and passion. Ideally you will currently be working within a high end customer-focused restaurant.
