We are looking for FOH staff for a start up in Clapton.
At the moment we're looking for a barista, supervisor and general floor staff.
Jim's Cafe is a new start up in an iconic building on Chatsworth Road, Clapton.
We have completed a historical restoration to create a great neighbourhood cafe/restaurant, it will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. A converted ice cream factory has extended the floor plan to seat up to 80 people, the space also housing a private dining room in the cellar.
The food offering is healthy, delicious and engaging - using the best produce Britain has to offer in an informal, relaxed dining space. We will be doing our own baking, pastries, butchery and pickling in house. The wine list will be a blend of New World and Old World wines with a strong contingent on organic/biodynamic and natural wines.
We are now recruiting a talented and experienced FOH staff to work with a passionate team.
