An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen at Lima in Fitzrovia, the Peruvian Michelin star restaurant backed by Virgilio Martinez (of Central, Lima - #5 in The World's 50 Best restaurants). We are looking for a full time waiter / waitress to join the team and help continue to drive the restaurant forward.
We have a passion for food, drink and service which when delivered to an exceptional level can be beyond awesome. We are looking for like-minded people like us to join the team. You must have at least 1 year experience as a waiter or waitress in a high quality restaurant and should have a real passion for food and drink. A desire to expand your food and drink knowledge and to learn Peruvian cuisine is key and being a good team player with strong work ethic and experience in a similar role will be a major advantage.
You will be working 48 hours per week over 5 days and our pay rate is £9.50-10 per hour with 28 days holiday per year.
