Swingers Ldn is a lively, fun concept venue with a new site opening in the West End. They are seeking waiting staff to join the team. Full time hours paying £9 + tronc.
A server’s responsibility at Swingers is to provide excellent customer service, take orders and deliver our fantastic cocktails and food from three vendors to our guests. You will need to have full knowledge of the food and beverage menus. To work closely with other wait staff, bartenders and the kitchen to ensure the restaurant is operated efficiently.
Responsibilities and Duties
·         Setting up front of house areas each day to the Swingers standards.
·         Closing front of house areas each day to the Swingers standards.
·         Presenting menus, serving and helping customers select food/beverage by offering suggesting and explaining.
·         Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order.
·         Collaborating with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
·         Using the epos system TISSL.
·         Issuing bills and accepting payment.
·         Staying updated on current menu choices.
·         Performing basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
·         A fun, infectious and outgoing personality with a genuine love for customer service required.
·         Proven experience as a Server in busy hospitality environments.
·         Strong customer service skills.
·         Excellent communication skills.
·         Must have a good command of the English language.
·         Must work well as part of a team and on individual tasks.
·         Willing to work nights and weekends.
·         Must work well and efficiently under pressure.
·         Eager to learn and grow within the company.
·         Physically able to stand and move during the length of a shift; able to bend and kneel through shift.
