Aside are currently recruiting for front of house staff to work alongside our GM to assist him in leading the FOH service for the restaurant.
Somebody with a genuine passion and interest in food, wine and cocktails is a must.
experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided. Ideally you will live locally and be available to work evenings and weekends. Rates of pay are competitive, with service charge paid on top. Full time and part time positions are available.
At Aside we work closely with our suppliers and really focus on highlighting seasonal fresh produce. We are a 32 cover small plates style restaurant with the goal to produce some the best food in the area, we bake our own bread, do in house butchery and make a variety of ferments.
The ideal candidate would be young, passionate, and have a eye for detail with a drive to succeed. Organisational skills combined with punctuality are key, as is the ability to work hand in hand with a small team. Self drive and the desire to learn are more important than knowledge.
