A full time role and Part time roles are available – We will consider hiring up to Supervisor level for the right candidate
Part time shifts are flexible, but will include weekend and evening shifts.
We are an established pub company is looking to expand our team. We are a community focused pub, serving high quality fresh food with an emphasis on quality and customer service, including full table service.
We offer a great working environment with a lot of support between our sites. Ideally we are looking for new members of staff available to start immediately
The successful candidates will meet the following criteria:
Be flexible, hard-working and customer driven, with an understanding of food, wine and craft beer.
Have high standards and show an attention to detail
To have initiative, an understanding of food service, a desire to make people happy
Be able to multi-task and prioritize
Know their strengths and weaknesses and acknowledge areas they can improve upon.
Must be sociable and reliable
Fluent in English and have a visa/right to work in the UK
Ideally would also live locally
Desirable traits include
A Knowledge and Passion for Craft Beer
Higher level education
Cocktail experience
High-end Restaurant experience
