The iconic Crabtree Gastro Pub in Fulham is situated on the bank of the river Thames is the Metropolitan Pub Company's (MPCo for short) flagship pub and we are looking to recruit some amazing team members who are looking to work in an amazing pub.
The Crabtree is always in several of Time Out's Top Lists, such as best beer gardens and best places to watch The Boatrace, where each year we throw a massive festival style party.
Our food offers are very strong whether its enjoying our BBQ is the Orchard garden or dining on our riverside terrace overlooking the Thames. Our head chef develops our menus that change 4/5 times a year with the seasons where we use the freshest ingredients from the best suppliers.
Our drinks range changes when we feel like it as we have access to loads of great London and Home Counties Breweries. We have over 25 different Gins, an interesting wine list and some great soft drinks. We work closely with our suppliers to host regular tasting events to showcase our different products.
Due to our location being close to Fulham Football ground we have a great relationship with the fans who use us for pre and post-match drinks, and now that Fulham are through to the Premier League we will be hosting lots of pre match corporate dinners.
We are looking for a team that can offer the best experiences for all our wonderful customers and that has the drive to deliver the highest level of service, maintain the standards, engage with our customers and push the business into the next level.
You will need to be someone that loves food, eats out a lot and has a great understanding of the hospitality industry in London.
