The Petersham Restaurant - Upholding the strong values and ethos established in Richmond at Petersham Nurseries Café, The Petersham will add a new character to the existing fold. Transformed in Covent Garden setting, at the heart of the theatre district, The Petersham will debut, presenting itself as a sophisticated, refined, a la Carte restaurant demonstrating a chic and tailored style.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative and motivated Head Waiters/Waitresses, opening early 2022. This role would suite a candidate that can deliver exceptional service and build rapport with guests. At the same time our Head Waiters/Waitresses will be great team players with an open mind, hunger for knowledge and a hands-on approach.
The role will be challenging but highly rewarding as one of the most anticipated openings of 2022. You will be at the forefront of this exciting launch.
Necessary experience and Skills
·Have previous experience working within a high profile, destination restaurant.
·Be immaculately presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guests and management team.
·Have a real flair and passion for food, drinks and guest care.
·Good food and wine knowledge
·An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.
·Minimum 1 year experience in a similar working environment.
