We are currently seeking:
Runners/Waiters/Waitresses – £hourly rate + tronc (up to £10.50ph)
VINOTECA: one of London’s favourite places for wine and food for over a decade. Now with our 6th site opening in The City, we remain an independent group of award winning restaurants, wine bars and wine shops run by a passionate and knowledgeable team. We offer nearly 300 wines to drink in and take away and have daily changing seasonal menus at all of our sites.
We have never employed traditional sommeliers, instead attracting and focusing on waiters, bartenders and managers who have a passion and knowledge for wine that they can bring to their work. Our staff need to be capable and flexible, working across all the traditional front of house roles as well as selling wines in the wine shop.
To be successful you will need to:

• Be immaculately presented with high standards of cleanliness and personal hygiene
