UP TO £9.00 PER HOUR, DOE
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
*Exceptional service standards and at least 1 year of experience in similar environment (London preferable).
*Someone who can create a memorable experience the guest will never forget.
*Outstanding attention to detail, encouraging a culture of high standards throughout the team.
*Ability to deliver a warm and charming management style which will engage your guests and the team
*Real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long term relationships with guests.
*experience in handling guest feedback with the confidence to communicate this to the management team
*Overall you will have bags of personality, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude.

Tom’s Kitchen is a modern British brasserie serving comfort food. Its first restaurant was created in 2006 by famous chef Tom Aikens to embody all that sharing food with friends and family means. Food is much more than just fuel to sustain. It is food as culture, food that breaks down barriers, and food that brings people together.
The Tom’s kitchen approach is altogether more natural and organic, where the emphasis is on where food comes from and how it’s grown. We take responsibility for the sustainability and integrity of food, using UK-based suppliers wherever possible and supporting British farmers.
