Bone Daddies is a fast-growing group of Japanese restaurants across London. Currently operating 7 restaurants under 3 different brands; each having their own individual specialties – from our Bone Daddies’ ramen to Flesh and Buns’ sushi and steamed buns and Shackfuyu’s Bento Boxes and Kinako French toast.
Shackfuyu started as a pop-up and became so popular we made it permanent, serving Western-Style Japanese food, it is no-holds-barred food for the soul.
The ideal person will have a minimum of 1 years experience in a high volume restaurant. You will be passionate and hands on with the ability to work well in a team under pressure. You will be fluent in English and love working with people.
You don’t have to have experience with Japanese food or culture but we are looking for people who are interested in the industry and people who are keen to learn more
