Waiter - Red Rooster - New Opening
We have a fantastic opportunity for an exceptional waiter to join acclaimed New York chef Marcus Samuelsson’s Red Rooster Shoreditch and Rooster Taqueria, opening in May 2022 at The Curtain in Shoreditch.
We’re looking for passionate, outgoing and confident servers to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional service standards.
In addition to excellent food and drink knowledge and a clear flair for hospitality, you will have real pride and passion for what you do and the ability to build genuine relationships with our guests - creating lasting memories and an unparalleled guest experience.
The service operates 7 days a week -your working pattern will be flexible and include weekends and bank holidays.
The right person will
Have a warm and charming management style
Be excellent at multi-tasking whilst keeping our guests and the team at the front of their mind at all times. Work productively under pressure.
Possess excellent command of English. Only those eligible to work in the UK or have a valid UK work permit/visa will be considered for the Floor Manager role.
About Us:
Acclaimed New York chef and restaurateur Marcus Samuelsson brings his renowned Harlem restaurant to Shoreditch. Red Rooster celebrates the roots of American cuisine, channelling Southern soul food alongside the diverse culinary traditions of New York and Marcus's Northern European upbringing. As part of The Curtain opening, the Red Rooster team is also launching its first all-day taqueria and bar, featuring frijole breakfasts, tacos and killer margaritas every day until 1:30 am.
The Curtain is a hotel, restaurant and members club, located in the heart of London’s most creative and inspiring area. Due to open in May 2022 in Shoreditch, it is an entirely new brand and has been designed with its guests, members and team firmly in mind.
There’s a lot to get excited about: 120 bedrooms and Suites, a rooftop restaurant and pool, state-of-the art gym, treatment rooms, live performance space, screening room, co-working hub and a giant ballroom.
