About Us:
Launching in Bloomberg Arcade, Brigadiers will be a contemporary Indian barbecue restaurant and beer tavern. As part of the critically-acclaimed JKS Restaurants, Brigadiers will be under same belt as Gymkhana, Trishna, Hoppers, Lyle’s, Bubbledogs, Kitchen Table, Bao, Xu, Sabor and Motu.

The Venue:
Inspired by the army mess bars of India, Brigadiers will accommodate 140 covers and house a restaurant and bar, a dining room, private dining spaces, an outdoor terrace and a pool room with whisky vending machines and self-serve beer taps.

With a weekly events programme featuring live sport, screenings, Q and A;’s and speakers from the arts, culture, business, food and drinks world, Brigadiers will be a creative and diverse hub to entertain within.

Job Role:
We’re looking for experienced waiters/waitresses, but more importantly, we’re looking for committed self-starters who are eager to be part of this unique new opening. You will be working in a large team so need to be able to communicate effectively, and you’ll be running your own sections, delivering exceptional guest experiences with personality and flair.
