Unpretentious, authentic and the first company to bring conveyor belt sushi to the UK, Moshi Moshi is looking for well mannered and enthusiastic people to join our small team. We serve authentic Japanese food with typically Japanese attentive service. Our sushi chefs create dishes from fresh local ingredients, and we pay particular attention to the marine-environment by choosing only sustainably caught fish.
The successful candidate will be someone who enjoys attending to customer’s needs, have an interest in food and food–related issues and enjoy working in a small, friendly, high-paced team. Knowledge of Japanese food would be an advantage, although full training will be given.
Full time and part time positions available. Monday to Friday, lunch and evening shifts.
